There are two questions here. There must be companies capable of 
hosting FileMaker, since all that would take would be a server at 
their site, probably owned by you. Another path, that might not be 
any more expensive, would be to invest in a high speed connection and 
dedicated IP address and host it yourself. That gives you the fast 
connection to the rest of the world and the people in your office 
access to ebase at LAN speeds.

The other issue, access to full function of ebase through a web 
interface, isn't going to work. You simply can't make a web browser 
act like FileMaker. At best you will get a limited data entry form, 
but the many scripts that tie the FileMaker files together into the 
ebase system can't be stuffed through a browser.

If you get ebase hosted at your site or an ISP, you can have full 
function of ebase, but every user will need a copy of FileMaker, and 
will log on to ebase using Filemaker's built-in file sharing
