Hi, We need to convert from version 1.02 to 1.03. We have downloaded the program no problem and all the manuals. I have backed up the 1.02 data files. We have both filemaker pro 4.1 and 5 on the hard drive. I went into version 1.02 as instructed in the manual to File --> Export (as instructed on page 3-3) but the Export option was not illuminated / accessible. So I can't export to the intermediate file -- to then get to the stage of importing it into 1.03. Please advise me on what to do ... do I need to uninstall FM 4.1 to force the conversion process?
