I haven't seen this problem (having to remove underscore) yet.  But I'd like
to add one Mobile comment:

Filemaker Mobile *does not* auto-enter record IDs when you create a record
on your Palm.  Which is I guess fine, since it should probably not own that
function - the desktop version should.  But when the new palm-created record
is imported into the desktop database, no record ID is generated there
either.  Anyone else see this behavior?

So what you get are records in the desktop database you can't add related
records to.

One workaround is manually enter a Record ID on your new palm record,
starting with a really high # (like 100000001) so your Palm-originating and
Desktop-originating records won't overlap.

Mobile kind of sucks.  Has anybody used JFile?
