Actually, there is a Custom file, and there's a routine for adding
fields to the Custom file (and the Custom screen that you're on). But
the Custom screens "live" in the Names file (with the exception of the
Custom Table, which lives in the Custom file).
So another option for the person asking the question is to just place
another copy of the same Bio fields that are used on the Bio screen onto
the Custom screen he's using. This way, the bio characteristics could
be changed on either screen, or one could be set to prevent data entry
so that the sex or age could only be changed from one screen or the
other. Creating a new file is probably worth doing if you want to do
alot of scripting, reporting, etc. Otherwise, a few fields could be
added to the Names file without too much harm.
