We also have corporate matches and are in the process of setting up a
detailed system too! Right now I make a note of "corp match" (just my
personal word choice) and the employee's name in the payments "pay memo"
field. I also make a note in the employee's memo field (data entry tab).
This is a stop-gap measure until I have finished customizing other more
critical areas for us and can then attend to this problem.

I'm not sure you want to use source codes because that implies a specific
ask, like a campaign. Perhaps you should add a field to either the data
entry or bio tab or both indicating that corp matches and the employee works
for a corp matcher.
