That is why the instruction given as you do the batch part of ebase tell you
to paste the list into the BCC field. With most mail programs you have to
have something in the To field. I recommend putting your general information
email address in the To field. This has the added advantage that if they
reply that is what they reply to and you also get a copy, at least partially
confirming that the batch went out.
