Title: Re: [support] Salutation Line/Salutation Line Househol
Each time I export a found set, and want to use the 'Salutation Line' or the 'Salutation Line Household' for the "Dear So And So" line it comes out incorrectly.

Both fields come out as "Mr. and Mrs. LastName and FirstName" which is obviously not what I want.  Any suggestions?

The fields Salutation Line and Salutation Line Household are composed of data you enter - Salutation 1, First Name 1, Salutation 2, First Name 2, and Name Line\Household. I think I understand that all the merged letters come out the same, so the origin is probably not with the data. I suspect that the merge document is set up incorrectly. Is it looking for merge fields called "LastName" and "FirstName"? If so, have you correctly named the fields in the merge data document? Those fields don't exist in ebase, and would be called something else in data you export from ebase.

Thank you,

Jeremy
