There is a field called Contact Info Edit Date which records the 
latest date any of the contact information (name, address, phone, 
email, etc) is revised. It is not located on a layout, so you should 
go to layout mode (you'll need to enter ebase with FileMaker and use 
the master-level password) and place that field in some location 
convenient for you.

Note that is does not capture any change to a record. This wouldn't 
be useful, since all the records get updated when you run the Replace 
All Find Fields script.
