I tried to change the label layout for Household Labels 30/pg W/Source Code and then noticed that this is one of the layouts I'm not supposed to change. Before I noticed that I had deleted the field on the layout for the Source Code.
Two questions:
1. which field on the Merge Field list is the one I deleted? I think I can put it back but I can't figure out which field I deleted from the list of options on the Merge Field list.
2. If I want to create a label that will have the information I want on it in addition to the names & address, which screen do I use (or tell me the reference in the Manuals -- I can't find any info on this).
Info on working with layouts is found in quite a bit of detail in
the FileMaker User Manual. Easiest way to create a layout similar to
an existing one is to go to layout mode and duplicate the layout
that's close to what you want.
