I don't, actually. The Admin Screen 2 button calls a script that
checks to see if the user is in the Admin group, which is qualified
by logging on with either the admin or master password. If you are
getting in with that password, I can't figure why you would not get
access. Ted's solution is the answer to layout access if you are
using the runtime (which doesn't allow access to the layouts). If
that works, I'd love to hear about it, so I could figure out why.
