Hi Sarah-

We had a lot of issues importing phone numbers, too. The form you describe, however,
should work. Ebase doesn't accept dots between the numbers or spaces (sometimes).
Check to make sure there isn't a hidden space before the first digit. I usually
imported the phone numbers into Excel first and replaced the dots with dashes or
removed spaces in Excel before importing into Ebase. The best way to import numbers
is to have a string of ten digits without any spaces, dashes, dots, or parentheses.
You'll have no problems that way. The area code (what you're called the "prefix")
should automatically import itself into the area code field once you import the 10
digits into the "home phone" field.
