Thanks for all the help re all caps problem. I haven't had time to go back
to that problem yet. If I can't fix it with the solutions offered I'll be
back with questions.
This time I'm wondering what to do about peculiar salutation problems I'm
having with the way ebase merges name into a letter. For ex. I have a
membership record with two different last names and only initials for the
first name. Ebase addressed them as "Dear J and C". I would prefer "Dear
friends" but because there are 2 different last names I don't know how to
use the salutation field to control what ebase does. I tried friend in
both saluation lines for Name 1 and Name 2 but got "Dear friend and
friend." Friend in only one line gives me "Dear friend and C."
Any suggestions?
