The best way to not have duplicates is to do the proper find in one
operation. You can add requests to a given "find" and it will operate on
what is left after the first find. You can also use omit to achieve some
effects. That being said it is sometime easier to just do find and mark
those records in some unused field, status on the home screen is a good
candidate. Then do another find and mark the same field in the same way.
Continue until you have marked all the candidates. Now do a new find looking
only for the marked records. This will have no duplicates, unless there are
real duplicates in your database. Remember to clear your mark when you are
done (and also before using it just to be sure it is blank).
