Hi Walt,
Thanks for your quick response. I have tried nothing yet. My concern is
that if I do it incorrectly it will start printing over 1,000 labels and not
be able to stop...wasting our time and printer ink etc.

What have you tried? For instance have you clicked on the Output tab and
then on labels?
