I am quite sure that Approach can export the data in a form that eBase can
import. Fundraiser is a proprietary program and may or may not provide any
export facilities. Click on its menu and see if it has an export function
and if so to what choices of formats. If it has any reasonable export
function it should not be too hard to import into eBase. If not, you will
need to find a wizard to decode the format of their database and write a
program to extract the data. Some propriety programs store the data in some
standard format like dBase so even if they don't provide an export function
it is easy to work with as eBase knows how to read dBase files.
