I seem to be having trouble deleting records. When I
first set up my database and did a search for duplicates. I selected the
records I wanted deleted, and then hit the delete button. The records are
all still in my database, but now have a "Y" in the dupe field. I have
tried to run the check for duplicates script again, but ebase just goes into a
thinking coma every time and I have to force quit the application.
Also, if I want to delete a record randomly (let's say I hit
Ctrl-D instead of Ctrl-F), being used to File Maker, I hit Ctrl-E. It asks
me if I'm sure I want to delete the record. I say yes. It does its
thing, and then the record is still there. What am I doing wrong?
And yes, I'm using the master level password.
