I'm new too ebase and am having a problem exporting data to a word based mail
program. I could use some help (I didn't find this readily answered in the
archives). Here's my problem

When I merge my export data into word, I am getting the organization name
printed twice on the mailing label instead of the person at the agency. I
don't know what I'm doing wrong here. From what I can see, it looks like if
the account is indicated to be an organization, then I'm getting the agency
name twice as the name field. If the account is marked as an individual, in
most cases, it looks like I'm getting the right address, even if there is a
company line indicated. Is there a way to fix this without changing every
account to an Individual designation?
