You don't say what label stock you are using or what platform you are on
(Mac/PC). Only Avery 5160 labels are supported without getting into layout
mode and fixing things. Even those are broken as delivered for PCs.
For return address you will need to get into layout mode and fix the layout.
Most people have preprinted return address envelopes.
