On the PAYMENT ENTRY screen of PAYMENTS_.102, the START DATE field is
sometimes modifiable, sometimes not. This can change during a single
session of ebase use, so it's not just a matter of being dependent on the
user level.
Does anyone know what would cause ebase/FMPro to make this field modifiable
at one time and not at another?
