Glad you can see some humor in this. Sounds like you've found the
problem. Just to be clear, though, the Go To Layout step BEFORE the
Else statement says Unknown, and that's OK. The one AFTER the Else
statement should say Output.
That's the way I read your message, and further that the Output
layout isn't in the list. This is a more major problem - the output
layout doesn't exist any more.
Apparently the layout has been deleted or renamed. Hard to say how
that happened. Look at the bottom of the list to be sure there isn't
some recent copy (the last layout on my list is Dupes - if there is a
new copy it would appear after this). Look around to see if it got
misnamed. Go to Layouts mode and pull down the Layouts list (above
the rolodex). The Outputs layout is the15th layout after the line
**These Layouts May Not Be Modified** between layouts called Contacts
and Household Card.
If it just isn't there, the easiest solution is restoring from your
most recent backup. Possible? The alternatives are not pleasant. Even
copying the layout from a new copy of ebase won't work reliably,
since the layout will have a different internal ID number and be in a
different place in the stack.
