I have two questions that I need some insight:
 
1) I need to merge/transfer records, how do I do this? I have cases where a member has been assigned two different records and over time people have been entering giving history in one or the other record.
 
2) I have a member that wants to receive a newsletter but has requested to NEVER be asked for money, via phone or written. I've added a note into this person's record, but we do send out renewal letters and i'm not sure how I can keep the address so this person can continue receiving our newsletter, but then not receive any solicitation letters?
