Thanks so much for your clear answers. I do have FMPro and will construct a
report just like what I need.
But about the query, my fault for not being explicit. I want to do an
across-files query.
Here's the setup. I query the payments file for all payments for dues in
March. I want to email the found set, but when I go back to the names file
to query for names with email addresses, I lose the payment found set.
Hmmm. Just thought of something. I haven't tried the query starting from the
Names file, searching for those with email addresses first.
Would that work?
