Not sure what you're asking here. You want to mark records as 
duplicates if they have the same name, but different addresses? Or 
the same address?

The TIGHT criterion built into ebase marks records as dupe if the 
last name, first 3 characters of the first name, the number part of 
the address and the zip code are the same. The LOOSE criterion omits 
the first name from the comparison. Does either one of those do what 
you want?

You won't be able to change any of the criteria with the runtime. If 
one of the built-in criteria doesn't work, you'll need to find 
someone who has FileMaker and the savvy to do the modification.
