Dear Sally,

To add to what Thomas Scurto-Davis suggested about checking the list of
consultants on the ebase website:

Jack Noll, a Utah-based consultant and the lead programmer of ebase v1, has
a number of clients in Boise and travels there to provide training and
consulting from time to time. You might contact him directly to see if he's
scheduled a trip up your way anytime soon. Jack's email is:

Another approach would be to start a users groups among Boise ebase users.
There are a few listed in the public directory on the ebase website at
www.ebase.org/help, and I know there are others. We could help you get the
word out if you want to try this. There are a couple of people planning to
start users groups elsewhere; we'll ask them to pass on info to the support
list about how they've gone about this, as soon as they have something to
report.

Best wishes.
Liz

Subject: [support] Start-up Training and Customizing Thank-you Letters

I am new to Ebase and am wondering if there are any programs where an
EBase trainer can work in our office for a few days to help us set up the
program properly and teach us how to use it. Our organization is based in
Boise. Any suggestions?

Also, one of my first questions...is there any way to customize the
thank-you letter text if you do NOT have Filemaker Pro? This is to create
thank-you letters to multiple people at once.

Thanks!
