Not sure just what format you're looking for but...
Query to get the records you want to mail to, however you do that query
usually.
Use the export function. Select the fields you want to use - you can export
any of them in any order. Select the file type to save as. I'm not sure
you can export straight to .xls or .mdb (excel and access) formats but you
can export files to tab delimited text .txt or a .dbf, or a comma delimited
.csv file, that either excel or Access would be able to open. You can open
it yourself in excel and save as an excel file to give to the print shop.
But the print shop *should* be able to take a standard tab-delimited txt or
comma delimited .csv file and work with it.
