Yes, you certainly can. You will export your data from the Access 
database into a delimited text file, then use the ebase import 
routine (which you start from the Admin screen 2) to import the data.

Assuming you have payment data as well as contact info, you'll do it 
in two steps. First export all the contact info, name address, email, 
phone numbers, etc, that you want to transfer. Be sure you include a 
unique record number. Second, export the payment information, amount, 
date, purpose, etc.. Include the same record number, so ebase knows 
how to attribute the payment to the correct individual.

Review the section of the ebase admin manual for details on how to 
figure out what piece of data goes into which ebase field.
