Well, any web page you look at is on one computer somewhere. The web 
is just a protocol for communicating from one computer to the other. 
FileMaker, and therefor ebase, can pretty easily make information for 
a web page, but you can't use its script functions over the web, so 
data entry becomes a much more complicated process.

It is possible to access FileMaker files remotely across the 
internet, subject to some requirements at the both the host and 
remote sites. Both sites need a copy of FileMaker. It will be 
frustrating to use unless both sites have a faster-than-dialup 
internet connection. The host should have a fixed IP address (not 
just a dialup or inexpensive DSL connection).
