hi. i am trying to customize my ebase and i'm not doing very well so far.
i downloaded ebase a few weeks ago, imported data from my access database,
then waited to get filemaker pro so i could customize. i now have
filemaker pro loaded and i opened ebase correctly, i think.
but when i follow the directions to get to the user fields i imported, i
cannot find them. i went to the custom screen from the home screen. but it
says to go into layout mode by clicking on the "mode" menu, then clicking
on "layout" i cannot find any "mode" menu at all. please help. and yes, i
entered using the master password.
do i need to start all over?
