Hi Suzy,
To re-open new layouts, you need to get into layout mode, then click on
the layouts menu (the box above the rolodex in the upper left corner of
the screen) and navigate to the layout name (which you should have named
during the creation phase - if you didn't name it, it would get a
generic name like Layout 123 for layout number 123 in the total list of
layouts).
