I'd thought that updating the find fields (under the admin screen) would
work for this, but am not so sure. Some time back a colleague noticed that
YTD$ and Last Year $ values were incorrect in her implementation of 1.02.
This apparently was due to a bug in 1.02. Unfortunately, after doing this
fix there's still a problem with these fields. When she opens her ebase up
and scrolls down to a record with some payments this year and last, YTD $
(including only dues & contributions, not purchases) is still incorrect, and
Last Year $ is as well. Oddly, the values in these field on the HOME screen
change after one views the payments for that record and then returns HOME.

I realize this is an unusual specific problem. Does anyone have any ongoing
experience with the 1.02 fix for YTD $ & Last Year $ ??? I checked & double
checked that I'd done the fix as listed, but the result is still off...

Thanks if you can help.

Subject: [support] YTD $

I am operating with Ebase v 1.02 and need to update all of my records so
that the YTD $ field is for this current year (2001). I cannot seem to
find this script or command. I have been able to update individual records
with the script "Update Status from Payments," but would prefer to update
all 5000+ records with one command/script.
