Custom screens are made available for folks who use only the runtime
to have some limited ability to customize a layout.

The custom_.102 table is a place to park some additional data
relating to the names table. It has a one-to-one relationship to the
names table, and the information in it is available through the names
table. There would be no reason in the normal course of work to look
at it directly.
