No reason to use the .100 suffix on the new files. You can do that, 
or let FileMaker use its fp3 suffix as you like. One thing I would do 
at the end is to add your new files to the Close script so they as 
closed along with the rest of ebase when you click the Close button 
on the Home screen. Otherwise the new files will stay open. Then when 
make that window visible to close it, FileMaker will open related 
files, which will probably include the names file.... etc.
