I have a list of 400 names I need to enter in my database for a fall direct mail. What is the best way to code these so that (1) I know where the names came from, and (2) I can use these names when we're ready to run the list for the direct mail (pull them off in a list file along with other names from different sources that are being entered for the upcoming direct mail)?
