Hi, Valerie,

I'm one of the recipients of your missing messages through the Ebase support
group. I just received another one from you without any content.
Yesterday, I forwarded some of your mysterious messages to my agency's
technical support person to take a look at them and see what might be going
on.

He thinks that our firewall (virus detector) software is spotting a virus in
the text portion of your messages and automatically deleting that content
before allowing the message through to me, the intended recipient. He
thinks your system is infected. This would account for some of us on the
list not getting your messages and others receiving them; i.e., those of us
without firewalls or virus detection software may be letting the text
through without identifying a possible virus.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to suggest a solution, but maybe someone else
is. Good Luck!
