Good information from Rainie and Walt. I would add that there is also
an ebase setting you might be running into. Run the setup wizard
(starting with admin screen 2). On the third screen there is a field
where you set your upper limit for the number of emails you can send
at once. As delivered it is set to 10, so if you haven't done
anything with this, you'll get blocked from sending more emails
until you change it.
