I'm almost certain that you have bumped the text block containing the
name and address up into the header. If even one pixel is in the
header, the text block belongs to the header and will print only once
per page.

Replacing the existing layouts with others, even with the same name,
is chancy. FileMaker apparently pays attention to a layout id number
at times, not just the name. OK to add layouts, and add buttons to
the label options page, for example, but leave the originals.
