I don't think you're going to find the field built in to ebase.
DelPoint is short for Delivery Point. This is a code number
identifying the delivery location, more specific than zip code or
zip4. This data is returned as part of your LCV voter list
enhancement, based on the address.
If you have the code protocol, you could add a lookup table or
calculated field to generate the number from the zip code.
