Any help will be appreciated. I agree that lining up fields is a drag. This is a serious weakness in the interface. In the field mapping dialog, with two columns of field names, from the source and destination files, there is a popup menu in the upper right. One choice is "Matching names", which will cause fields with identical names to be aligned. Great time and frustration saver. But... you have to have a source file with field names.
