Playing with record type is NOT a good idea. There are a lot of computations
that do different things depending on the record type. You need to go back
to your data and understand what fields need to be filled in for each record
type. For IND type you need at least something in First Name or Last Name.
It does not make any difference if you also have something in Bus/Org field.
For Bus type you must have something in Bus/Org and it doesn't make any
diference if there is anything in First Name or Last Name. At least that is
what happens for Envelopes or Labels. I have not been involved in what
happens for Thank Yous.

Currently there are no reports yet written for V2 so how it will work is
anybodies guess. However there is no REC TYPE so it won't depend on that.
