The member level is set with a Case() function using the levels and labels you specify in the setup wizard. The first specification satisfied is the one used. Is it possible you have a level labeled Member in the list that gets satisfied within the minimum payment specified for 2001 Member? I'd have to look at your whole list to see if that's what's happening. Another suggestion, though. This isn't a good place to use a label with a time element.
