Look at the value list in the names file. You can edit the value list to
contain other names.
When you import you will presumably import some field of your current
database into the Origin field. Value lists are not a matching process or a
checking process. They mostly an input aid. But you can enforce that the
field only contain values from the value list (see define field). This may
impede the import process. I would do the import and then fix the value list
and then turn on checking.
