I don't have their record number in Quickbooks, unfortunately.  So after
getting the info into Excel, I was simply going to add a field for their
ebase record#, obtain this number from ebase and then manually go through
and plug these into the spreadsheet....cumbersome, but not impossible with
the number of payments I think we will have.  Once it's done, we will then
change our internal procedures to route all payments received through ebase
FIRST!
