The easiest is to make a new member whose name is Anonymous and credit all
payments to that member. We have a much harder case because we occasionally
get "anonymous" in a different sense - we know who it is but they don't want
it generally known. These we enter normally with a note not to release the
info. We have enough control over the database that unauthorized people
should not see it.
