The field inventory Bob provided is the Uniform Exchange Format
promoted by the LCV Education Fund. Sometimes the state
organization's list vendor provides files which are not in that
format. In that case you need to find out from the state office or
the list vendor what the fields are, and match them to the fields in
the ebase file impenh_.10x during the import process. You'll probably
have to do the import manually, since the script has the standard
format built in.
