I have a question only peripherally related to ebase.

We want to add a "subscribe to your email news list" field to the
home page of our website. Our website attracts 1600 visitors each
day, and it's impossible to invite them to send their contact info
and then enter it into ebase, then send out emails and deal with
bounces, unsub requests, etc.

Are other people doing this? What facility are you using?

I see that the ebase support list is hosted by sparklist, using
Lyris. Can the ebase folks who selected this solution and vendor
enlighten us about why they did so? Are you pleased with the result?
Did you consider building your own system?

Thanks,

Cheryl
