Marla,

Generally, you can count on being able to go back to your last complete
backup set of all the ebase files.  Trying to work with one file only could
create problems, because the file has relationships with other files in the
database.

My power went out while working in ebase.  When I restarted the computer
and reopened ebase, an error message appeared saying that the payment file
had been damaged.

I tried to restore from a back-up, but now the error messages state that
the field is not modifiable.

If anyone knows how to properly fix this problem, I would GREATLY
appreciate it!
