1) Make a copy of the paymnts_.10x file.
2) Find all payments where post date is in the range 1/1/1900...12/31/1901
3) Replace the post date in the found set with the following calc:
         Date( Month(Post Date), Day(Post Date), Year(Post Date) + 100)
4) If this doesn't work, you can revert to the copy you made in step 1.
