I did a quick check and it looks like a great kit for building a tool, but
it is not ready to use from FileMaker. Someone has to write some code using
their toolkit to make it usable. The good side is that the licensing seems
to allow distribution of canned apps using it for free, but you do have to
buy at least one copy.
