No real good idea, but here's where I'd start looking.
Scripts "630 - Delete a Name Record" and "631 - Delete all in Found
Set" control the delete process. There are a number of validation
conditionals in the script to insure you have specified a reason for
the delete, that the delete file is there, etc., The script
apparently works as far as adding a record to the delete file.
Deleting the record results from a Delete Record step (Delete All in
631), which apparently isn't happening. I'd clear that step and add
it back in.
And, of course, back up, and be prepared to go back to a good backup
if the problem doesn't get resolved.
