As the saying goes, "It's not a bug, it's a feature." The Name Line
on the home screen contains the individual's name if Record Type is
Ind (for Individual). If it's anything else (Bus, Org, Fdn, for
example) the organization's name is used. Sounds like the records in
question are individual records (no organization name) but the record
type is something else.
